This position involves arriving at 4:45 every Tuesday to open meeting room, set up chairs and advise coach ready for meeting. Also, take down and closure of the meeting room. Options to assign snack duty, music, posters etc all accepted. Goal: to encourage and ensure parents attend important parent coach meetings, to keep parents up to date on current swim goals and information important to their swimmer and the club.
