This job entails arriving 15 prior to meeting time, preparing room with chairs, advising coach of meeting start time and closing down meeting room afterward. Meeting will be held every Saturday morning from 8:30-9:30am.
Options to organize a snack schedule, make signs, bring music, are all encouraged. Goal: create an environment that encourages all parents to attend important coach and parent meetings as this will aid in the growth and development of their swimmer.
